I bought this to charge my 2020 Model X LR using CCS2 chargers. My car already had the CCS conversion. I used to have the Tesla adapter but it was stolen.
This adapter works well, no problems.
The max charging rate I get using the adapter is about 150kW, which I think is the max the battery on my car can take.
Kanon fungerar perfekt...
- Arrived within the working week and came in as expected
- Followed the instructions as per manual and online :
- Plug the USB drive and download the firmware
- Connect the debug cables and wait the blinkings to stop on both sides (USB and the charger)
- Although the one instruction did not worked for me on my PC Win11 OS for debugging and logging app SCOMM. On my end did not read the drivers even when were forced installed and apply tons of workarounds and compatible newer drivers for Win 11 64bit. Also with enabled COM port from VM with Win 10 OS did not worked while there the drivers were OK,
The COM port did not read as USB flash on my PC.
*** One test missed is to test it on a laptop if that matters since every model and video guides and forums points the tests are performed with laptop.
- Test the charger as per instructions : connected the adapter to Chademo port >> ELDrive station (Bulgaria) with CCS2 cable plug to the adapter >>> press the Power button to blink red and with activate charging station with RFID card >>>> 1st result >>> FAILED :-(
>>>> 2nd attempt >>> same steps >>> but activate the session via mobile app >>> 2nd result >>>>> PASSED !!! :-)
Charging with 47,9 Kw/h constant power from 26% to 48% aprx. 10 min time.
- Same steps as instructions for closing charging session and unpluging. So far no issues.

I am using this charger for the 3rd day already for my tesla and I’m actually happy with it. Plastic and cable of a good quality, it’s not overheating and pretty convinient.
Der Adapter hat bisher an allen Schnellladesäulen mit meinem Nissan Leaf 40kWh funktioniert.
