Works with my 2023 Tesla Model Y. The device seems to be well-made and made of high-end materials. So far, I'm happy.
I bought this adapter because the old CHAdeMO chargers on my usual route were replaced with new CCS2 chargers (Enefit Volt v47), leaving me with very few charging options for my car.
At first, the adapter didn’t work with these new chargers. I recorded logs and sent them to Evniculus. Within two days, they provided me with a new firmware version to test.
And now— IT WORKS!
I have a problem: You wrote: copy the original U disk files to your Laptop, but the Disc you have send me is empty ! Please send me the upgrade software.Can you send me the instruction for use in German ?

It works! Gives me the adaptability to use CHAdeMO or CCS. I’ve used it a few times now and it’s not let me down. I know it’s costly, but would thoroughly recommend it.
I have just made 3 trips to London from Yorkshire, I used to fear not getting a ChAdeMo unit and having to wait.
No problem now I have the adapter used 9 times or more works every time expensive but worth it.

Arrived yesterday and used this morning on Neogy/Alperia charging station, charging completed correctly, finally my Leaf can charge at 75W
Well, a few days before I recieved this amazing adapter for my Nissan Leaf ZE1 (2022) and it works smooth. 6\7 station worked fine, and only one of them asked for debug. So now, it also works fine. Great solution! I really apreciate EVniculus for such kind of product.

I have the intention to use my Leaf us a home battery. I need a adapter to connect my inverter to my Nissan.
Will the adapter Ccs to Chademo work both ways? Can I put power from my solar panels though my inverter into my car and can I take power back from my car into my converteren to give power to my house?

Can I purchase without VAT?
All purchases within the EU are subject to VAT unless you provide a valid VAT number. The tax will be automatically substracted once you fill out your VAT information.
Can any EV use a Tesla charger?
It depends on the charger. If you have a Type 2 Tesla charger you will be able to charge any European electric vehicle which has a Type 2 charging port.
If you have a Tesla Wall/Mobile Connector with NACS plug then you can charge only North American Tesla vehicles unless you use an adapter. You can use a NACS-Type 2 adapter in case you want to use a North American Tesla charger for European vehicle

What is a Level 2 EV charger?
Level 2 EV charger is a faster AC solution for charging your electric car. In North America, a Level 2 charger operates with 240V, providing between 3.3 kW and 19.2 kW, depending on the amperage. This is a much more powerful charging solution compared to the regular Level 1 EV charger which operates at 120V.
In Europe, the term "Level 2 charger" is not very common. Instead, AC chargers are divided between single-phase and 3-phase. We can say that 3-phase chargers are considered "Level 2" as they operate at 380V and deliver much higher power, between 11 kW and 22 kW.

Can you charge an EV with a regular outlet?
Yes, you can. In Europe, the regular Schuko socket can provide up to 16 A at 230 V which results in around 3.6 kW of power. This is considered slow charging but it is a solution for people who do not have access to a larger power supply or don't want to bother with additional installations. Vehicles with smaller batteries (up to 30 kWh) can use such chargers without burdening the user. A full charge will roughly take 8 hours.
Important note- not all Schuko sockets can take 16A continuously. Check the temperature of your socket after 15 minutes of charging. If it is dangerously hot, reduce the amperage to 13 A or 10 A.
