Shipping policy
We ship worldwide.
Packages are mainly dispatched from our warehouse in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In order to reduce transit time, we might choose to ship directly from our Chinese warehouse to some locations (outside of the EU). The shipping fee is calculated based on the receiver's address and is displayed in the checkout section.
For customers outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. In such cases, the customer is fully responsible for covering any fees, duties, or costs related to the customs clearance of the shipment.
Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment.
Shipping times depend on the location.
EU countries: 3-7 working days* (Standard Shipping), 1-3 working days (Express Shipping). Please note: Deliveries to Cyprus, Malta, Sweden, Finland, and Ireland may take up to 12 working days.
UK: 6-8 working days (Standard Shipping), 1-3 working days (Express Shipping)
USA, Canada: 9-17 working days (Standard Shipping), 2-4 working days (Express Shipping)
Rest of the world: 10-20 working days (Standard Shipping), 2-4 working days (Express Shipping)
We use several different shipping companies depending on the location of the receiver. Some of the frequently used ones are DHL, PostNL, DPD, Ascendia, Deutsche Post, FedEx, TNT, USPS, UPS, and others.
An online tracking link will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
In the event of a refused/returned shipment, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping amount.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers are entitled to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of such a return, the customer shall bear all shipping costs incurred, including the initial delivery and the return shipment.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Customers are advised to contact our customer service team in advance to obtain an estimate of the applicable return costs.
Please note that we do not accept returns from customers in Turkey.

At the time of receiving the parcels, we recommend:
- Check the conformity of order(s) and quantities
- Check the content of the package(s)
- Check the physical condition of the package(s)
- Check the physical condition of the products contained in the packages
